On 9 April members of Hawkbill Base USSVI and spouses\friends gathered at the Idaho Falls Soup Kitchen to prepare and serve lunch. This following a food drive at the end of March which gathered a truck load of food and $ 1,500 in cash. A core group of members including Marty, Scott, Ross and Mike arrived early in the morning to prepare a lunch of Chicken Pot Pie, biscuits, salad and apple sauce. Others arrived to set up place settings, serve the meals, distribute beverages, wash dishes and then clean up. Bravo Zulu to all.
