On May 6, 2025 Members of Hawkbill Base received a grant from Silver Star’s Foundation for Rural Service. The Foundation’s representative Christian Todd Nelson, met Hawkbill at Idaho Brewing Company to present a check for $ 200.00 to assist the Base in its various projects. While there, Mr. Nelson encouraged the Base to apply again in the coming year, with grant applications available starting in the summer of 2025.
