Outgoing Chief of the Boat Travis Skipper presented Leon Wolfram a plaque in recognition of Idaho Brewing Company’s support of the USS Idaho. Leon Wolfram is a former submariner who served on the USS Lafayette SSBN 616 when the Lafayette operated out of Rota Spain and was home ported in Charleston S.C. Wolf detached from Lafayette as it went into a yard period at Electric Boat for Poseidon and SUBSAFE conversion. After the yard period Lafayette was homeported in New London with the advanced base in Holy Loch.
