Ross obtained several programs from the commissioning which are available for the price of shipping
Ross reported on the efforts made by the commissioning committee members and their wives who worked at the event

- Camp Magical Moments – Ross, Camp June 14th – 20th. Honorary Submariner Day – 19 June.
Ross made a plea to encourage members to visit the camp during sub Vet events
- New Hawkbill/Challenge Coins have arrived – First sale will be Beer Fest
Coins cost $6.00 each and will sell for $20.00. The profits of coins sold by hawkbill base will go to the Base and the profits of coins sold by CMM will go to the CMM

There were 54 riders in April for the veteran’s program and programs will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays in July and August

Ross made a plea for somebody who lives in Pocatello, where the meetings occur, to attend the MAC meeting

Ross described the sequence of events during the eternal patrol ceremony

Scott reports he is working with the INL to obtain a tour date, but the Treat facility is very busy.
- USS Idaho Float. Float has been painted, stored indoors, working on bunting, first gig – Beer Fest
Ross reports he has the Submarine float back from Haley, it is all black and we may or may not be painting a name and number on it. We are still working on getting some kind of bunting or solid skirting for the float which depends on cost and materials.
- Charitable Foundation Scholarship application period ends May 18th
The commissioning committee donated $330,000 to the boat for the scholarship fund. The Hawkbill Base donated $10.000

Gregg is working on identifying a charity to donate the unsold items

Scott read the letter and it stated that Hawkbill base gave $1.200 of the $10,000 raised by USSVI and no other base gave more.
