Sub Vets of East Idaho (Hawkbill Base) – Took over staffing the Idaho Falls Soup Kitchen for a day on August 10th. Part of the Base commitment is to aid the Soup Kitchen by preparing and serving lunch once per quarter. The lunch of Taco Casserole, corn, and corn bread with honey butter was prepared by Chef Marty (far right in photo), aided by Sous Chefs Ross (far left) and Mike (white hat), extra recognition for Diligent Scullery work by Larry (back row center) and Darrell (not pictured). The next Hawkbill Base Soup Kitchen Day is scheduled for October 28th, Chef Marty will be soliciting volunteers.
